By placing an order with SilentGuardโ„ข, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund & Return Policy, as well as our Shipping Policy and Terms of Service.

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible:

  • The item must not show signs of use, installation, or wear

Returns must be requested and approved in advance.

If a package is:

  • Refused
  • Unclaimed
  • Returned due to incorrect address

We reserve the right to deduct:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Handling fees

from any applicable refund.

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier:

  • A replacement shipment will be issued at no additional cost
  • Refunds will not be issued for lost shipments, as the order will be fulfilled via reshipment

Once an order has been shipped:

  • It is considered in transit and cannot be canceled
  • Delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier

Refund requests for orders already shipped will be handled according to this policy and may require return of the item.
