By placing an order with SilentGuardโข, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund & Return Policy, as well as our Shipping Policy and Terms of Service.

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- The item must not show signs of use, installation, or wear
- Proof of purchase is required
Returns must be requested and approved in advance.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Returns must be sent to the designated return facility provided by our team, which may be located in a different country than the delivery origin.

- The item has been inspected and approved
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

- Orders cannot be canceled once processed
- Orders cannot be canceled once shipped

If a package is:
- Refused
- Unclaimed
- Returned due to incorrect address
We reserve the right to deduct:
- Return shipping costs
- Handling fees
from any applicable refund.

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier:
- A replacement shipment will be issued at no additional cost
- Refunds will not be issued for lost shipments, as the order will be fulfilled via reshipment
๐ Orders in Transit
Once an order has been shipped:
- It is considered in transit and cannot be canceled
- Delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier
Refund requests for orders already shipped will be handled according to this policy and may require return of the item.
